Friday evening
Normally, as with previous years a crowd would have been meeting at the Black Bull pub in Midgley on the evening of Friday 12 May.  However this year, the Bull has closed and it is not available.  We have now decided that any groups meeting should make their own arrangements.  I am joining friends of Bretton in the Cherry Tree pub at High Hoyland.  Please join us if you wish, but please book if you are wanting to eat there.  It WILL be busy.  Alan

Saturday morning
The day’s activities get under way at 11.00am, with a tour of the YSP grounds led by alumnus Richard Flowerday. Whatever you thought you knew about the history of Bretton Hall, you’re sure to learn something new – and it’s a great way to build up an appetite for lunch!

Saturday afternoon
Afternoon activities include an update from the developers with Rushbond’s Mark Finch and a seminar about the Bretton Marbles with Professor John Hill, introduced by former Principal Professor John Taylor, in the YSP Auditorium. More activities will be added as they’re confirmed.
